NEW BEEF PRODUCTS

Cheeseburger Fries®
This product can be purchased Wal-Mart Supercenters.  It's in the meat department in a  "coffin case".  At Wal-Mart, this product is called "Cheeseburger Fingers."  In Oregon, Wal-Mart Supercenters are in Coos Bay, Grants Pass, Hermiston, Ontario, Pendleton & Woodburn.

Flat Iron Steaks & Other New Value Cuts
Tyson -- who actually sells more beef than chicken and pork combined -- sells Flat Iron steaks and other new value cuts.  Look for Tyson products in the Frozen Meat section. 

If you have not tried Tyson's Flat Iron Grillers, or any of the Tyson new value cuts,  they are great!  The Oregon Beef Council gave out 4,500 free samples of Tyson's Flat Iron Grillers at a 2003 Oregon State Football Game.  The response was tremendous!  People loved these steaks. 

And remember, the Flat Iron steak is rated the second most tender cut...

Tri-Tip
You can purchase tri-tip in the meat department at some retailers in Oregon.  Tri-tip is not always in the meat case because it sells out!  Ask the meat manager for tri-tip if you don't see it on the shelf.  Chances are, the meat manager has tri-tip in the back.
