Recipes - Hamburger in Disguise
What's the disguise? It's a hamburger shaped like a hot dog and served in a hot dog bun. Add cheese if you like.

- Preheat grill with medium heat, ash-covered coals or preheat the broiler. Mix together the meat and seasoned salt. Shape into 4 logs, 6 to 7 inches long. Place on the rack of an unheated broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat about 10 minutes or until done, turning once. If desired, top with the cheese slices.
- Serve on buns with relish, mustard, and catsup, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
