Elementary Classroom Materials Available

Safe Food Journey - Detailing the journey food makes from the farm to students' homes, this colorful 22" x 32" educational poster describes the processes that promote a safe food supply. The reverse side of the poster includes worksheets and activities that help teachers educate students about safe food handling.

My Food Pyramid for Kids - The youth-focused version of USDA's MyPyramid, designed for 6- to 11-year-olds, teaches kids the importance of healthy food choices and daily physical activity. The back side includes information to help kids determine the right amount of food from each food group that fits their lifestyle.
